"Prioritize potential. It’s best to recruit more people who have the potential to break through to the Blood Qi Realm. After all, the Mercenary Corps isn’t short on resources right now," Lin Xinghai said without hesitation.

Whether it was the Heaven-Sundering Mercenary Corps or the Mountain and Sea Mercenary Corps, Lin Xinghai wanted to shape them into an incubator for powerhouses.
